Diana received her 200 hour certification in Vinyasa Yoga from Breathing Room Yoga and movement Studio in South Portland, Maine. She studied under Carissa Ciuca and Heather Raylinsky, along with several guest teachers. The program sampled from a variety of styles including Jivamukti, Forest, Yin, and Ashtanga, and focusing on anatomy, kinesiology, and alignment alongside traditional philosophy, meditation and mantra.
Diana knows firsthand the healing powers of Yoga, Mindfulness, and Breath. She teaches to all levels, encouraging students to listen to their bodies, breath, and hearts, and grow at their own pace. Her classes are filled with good music and warm energy, with information about alignment and anatomy to empower each student in their own body. Diana teaches tradition and spirituality using real language and personal experience to relate to yogis from all walks of life, and honestly learns something from every student.
Off the mat, Diana does energy work with Chakras and crystals, studies mysticism from all parts of the world, chants mantras, and meditates in the woods. She's also an artist, sings in a band, and is the ringmaster of a circus. She invites you to come to a yoga class and listen to what your true self has to say. Namaste!
